The herb garden of phytotherapist Christiane Kirchmair is lovingly planted at the edge of the forest in Hinterthiersee. It was a long-awaited dream of hers to plant her own herb garden. With over 120 different herbs, it is a living space of healing, and builds a bridge between people and nature.

The private herb garden has now developed into a publically accessible place of health. Amongst the numerous species you will not only find kitchen herbs, but also experience the charm of roses, the aroma of lavender, the blessing of the hollyhock and the green angel - angelica. Maybe your heart will hear the plants calling too? The herbal expert naturally also cares for wild herbs in her garden, and anyone who wants to taste is welcome to.
Tours, courses & workshops:
- The tours, which take place from May to October, let you learn about how the herbs can be used for their healing effects, in the kitchen or in cosmetics. Visitors are taught which plants are used for smudging, and how aromas touch the soul.
- The aim of the workshops, courses and tours is to bring people closer to nature.
