Since 2019, the Blaue Quelle has earned its reputation as the "Pearl of the Tyrolean Festival Town," securing two toques from Gault Millau. In Alexander Strutz's kitchen, hearty dishes and elegant specialties are crafted from the finest regional ingredients with meticulous attention to detail.
