Malerhäuslhof - Ebbs

On our fruit meadow, very old fruit varieties grow, such as Boskoop, Jonagold, Lederapfel, Gala, Jakob Label, Jonathan. These will be sold from the farm starting in autumn. The rest will be processed into high-quality apple juice, which is preserved only by heating. Sales are conducted in 5L cartons. A large portion of the fruit is distilled into various spirits: Mostbirne, Obstler, Boskoop apple, Rubinette apple, which are also sold from the farm.
