Forest walk - Niederndorf

Health-conscious and active people find a beautiful forest walk and fitness trail in Niederndorf – a jewel to enjoy ones’ leisure time. Univ.-Prof. Günther Mitterbauer was responsible for the project management and took over the redevelopment of the former forest road to enhance the local recreation area in Jennbach.

Do you want to take an active forest run including invigorating exercises and gymnastics or rather doing a relaxing walk? – The fitness trail is not only designed for athletes and sportspeople but also for those who enjoy spending time in the forest surrounded by nature and fresh air.

Numerous stations and the area itself provide children, teenagers, adults and senior citizens with various opportunities to train important body systems. Moreover, those seeking relaxation should enjoy themselves in the natural surrounding and gather new strength.

You can access the scenic location by taking the Niederndorfer road L379. The parking lot is located directly next to the bridge of Jennbach between Niederndorf and Ebbs. The fitness trail and the forest is situated only a few meters away from the parking.
