Pilates on the Reformer The Reformer is the cornerstone of Pilates training, offering over 500 different exercises. Thanks to built-in steel springs, I adjust all resistance levels of this bed-like apparatus to your needs. This allows individuals with less strength and flexibility to train particularly gently on their joints. Advanced practitioners benefit from even greater training effectiveness compared to the mat. Those recovering from injury can gently regain fitness on the Reformer.

BeBo® Pelvic Floor Training Training the pelvic floor is crucial for both women and men. Many struggle with pelvic floor weakness and its associated problems such as back pain, incontinence, prolapse, erectile dysfunction, constipation, and more. The focus of BeBo® training is not only on providing solid theoretical knowledge but also on targeted learning, strengthening, and relaxing of the pelvic floor muscles.
