The practice of asana yoga is undoubtedly the most well-known aspect of modern yoga and essential for us in the West to feel empowered, relaxed, and fully comfortable. When we feel at home in our bodies, life flows (almost) effortlessly. Courses benefit from various yoga styles, ranging from more challenging to gentle.
