The Sattlerwirt is widely known as a traditional Tyrolean inn. Regional products are carefully and deliciously prepared, and our chefs know how to serve enticing and delicious specialities such as the freshly baked Sunday roast or "Kaiserschmarrn" (shredded pancake). A welcome accompaniment to many dishes: Sattlerwirt wine. It rounds off your enjoyment, as do the numerous other treasures of Austrian winemaking culture that are stored in our wine cellar. As well as the fixed culinary delights on our menu we also regularly have seasonal options. For example the light spring options, with fresh local herbs, or the game weeks in autumn with fine venison dishes. On Sundays in September and October we serve freshly baked duck.
