Yoga for couples to prepare for childbirth and the period afterwards!
The first few weeks after the birth of a child are unique for parents. It is a time of getting to know each other and settling in, during which roles within the relationship are redefined. In this time of change and new challenges, one of the tasks of parenthood is to find solutions together as a team. Exercises can promote joint coping with these new challenges and support teamwork. The joint breathing, body awareness and relaxation exercises strengthen the connection and trust between you as a couple and support you in preparing for the birth and the time afterwards. You can also treat yourself to culinary delights after the yoga session. Organic products. Dairy products from mountain farmers, eggs from the region, bacon and cheese directly from Ebbs, homemade fresh bread and cakes made with eggs from our own Orpington chickens.
