Wegbegleiter - Fichte, Lärche und Tanne
Conifers such as spruce, larch and fir have long been used for medicinal purposes. In folk medicine, tree needles were used for inhalation to treat lung diseases and fresh shoots were used to make cough tea. Resin protects injured trees from infections and was traditionally smoked as "forest incense". During a hike, we learn more about these trees and the healing effects of the forest. Finally, we make a product from tree resin, such as a traditional pitch ointment.
