Bierol presents - Brau & Sau
Together with top chef Max Stiegl, we celebrate the Sautanz - a traditional butcher's feast in which a black Alpine pig from Großspeckhof is slaughtered and then prepared and enjoyed together with our guests. True to the motto: ‘from nose to tail’. There will also be tastings of matching beer specialities and guided tours of the brewery.
