Happiness is a state, not a goal.

A happy life is not characterised by having everything you want, but by being able to create a state in which you are at peace with yourself and can adjust to all situations in a "situationally elastic and neuroplastic" way.

In this "happiness week" we want to consciously deal with happiness. We will find out what happiness and a successful life mean for each of us, learn about current studies and models and draw from a wealth of creative happiness exercises - for ourselves and for all people who seek advice and help from us.

  • Through impulses from neuroscience, mindfulness research and positive psychology, you will expand your professional know-how.
  • Through personal resource work, you will strengthen your personal resilience during this week, recharge your batteries for your (professional) everyday life and feel the enthusiasm for your work again.
  • You will get impulses to actively create feel-good moments in your everyday life by caring for yourself in a loving and appreciative way and by taking good care of yourself.
  • For the work with your clients you will receive new impulses, exercises, stories, texts and meditations - to take home and use immediately, also digitally on our "Toolbox" datstic in the wooden box.
  • "Doing something good for yourself and others" is always in the foreground this week.
