On a new virtuoso quest for traces: Vahid Khadem-Missagh, Georg Breinschmid, and the Academia Allegro Vivo explore the multifaceted kaleidoscope of the music metropolis Vienna. Georg Breinschmid's Sinfonia Concertante (premiere 2021) bridges the gap to the present, combining classical forms, jazzy elements, and Viennese charm into a captivating sequence for violin, double bass, and strings.
In the second part of the concert, the view opens up on the melting pot of Vienna with its influences from the Slavic region, the Balkans, and beyond. Cultural diversity resonates and makes palpable how much it has enriched life at all levels.
