On four mornings, Paul Koller gives us valuable tips on sure-footedness, coordination, fitness , equipment and orientation in the terrain as we run through meadows and forests - uphill and downhill - at Brentenjoch. Anyone who likes to run in the valley but also wants to try out the terrain is in the right place here. A certain basic level of fitness is required, and running shoes with a rough tread are a prerequisite. Please dress appropriately for the mountain weather! Backpacks with dry spare clothes and drinks will be deposited at the top station - as they are
