A practical introduction to the basics of feminine meditation with KATRIN JONAS At this experiential evening, I introduce meditations, awareness exercises, and instant tools that match the female body, making it easier to look inward. While the physical constitution of a meditator in the current meditation culture is almost ignored, she should consciously be the focus of attention this evening. According to the book theme, we will also touch upon typical issues faced by women in the event of stress, time pressure, overwork or other physical symptoms. In the circle of interested women, we take time for self-reflection, relaxation and introspection. Pre-experience is not required.
