Through my own positive experience with prenatal mental training, I would now like to take you with me for an evening and show how your mindset can change so much, and create a space for exchange among pregnant women.

You want to connect with yourself and your baby, recognize and let go of your fears and worries about pregnancy and childbirth? Then come to my ball round. I accompany you in letting go and breathing a sigh of relief. To go into childbirth strengthened, trusting in yourself and in your body. Treat yourself to this break and the exchange among expectant moms.
