A sound bath feels like a massage for body, mind and soul on an energetic level. Afterwards you will feel a feeling of inner peace, balance and relaxation throughout your body.

Every first Monday of the month, as part of my Soul Circle, I alternately hold a cocoa ceremony with a sound bath or a cocoa ceremony with a breathwork session.
You are held in every ceremony with my total devotion and leave every Soul Circle strengthened and connected to your highest version.
