Every week we travel together through the world of meditative and mindful self-acceptance and self-love. You will get practical application tips for a healthy daily routine that connects body, mind and soul to accept and love yourself as you are at the core of your being. With the help of various self-massage techniques and gentle physical exercises, you will get to know, appreciate and love your body on a conscious level. In addition, we immerse ourselves in the different sensory perceptions, such as smell, taste, feel, see and hear.
