QiGong and Sound Meditation
Mindful movement, breathing exercises in connection with sounds, for more mobility, strength, relaxation and energetic balance. To be mindful does not only mean to sit still and observe. Especially in movement we can anchor our attention well in the present. Our body can help us to arrive in the here and now.
