Mindful Dynamic Flow – Your weekly yoga evening in Kufstein Treat yourself to a 90-minute break for your body, mind, and soul every Tuesday. Mindful Dynamic Flow combines powerful, flowing movements from Hatha Vinyasa Yoga with conscious breathing, inspiring music, and moments of mindfulness. This harmonious practice helps you release stress, recharge your batteries, and find your inner balance. What to expect: - Dynamic yoga flows to activate and strengthen - Breathing exercises (pranayama) for clarity and calm - Mindfulness and meditation elements for greater focus and serenity The course is ideal for participants with basic knowledge or anyone who likes their yoga to be a little more athletic. Mats are available on site – just bring comfortable clothing and an openness to a soothing break.
