Running and Yoga are the perfect combination for an effective weekend in Kufsteinerland!

Besides informative lectures, lactate test with individual training recommendations and running style analysis, regeneration is an important part of this weekend. Yoga mobilizes, strengthens and regenerates at the same time. The Hotel Oberwirt in Ebbs/Tyrol offers the best setting for the athletes to be able to concentrate on these 4 days off from everyday life.

Detailed program:

Thursday:

  • Arrival and Check-In at the Landhotel Zum Oberwirt
  • from 12:00 noon: lactate tests -17.30 hrs: Presentation of test equipment and distribution of material
  • from 18.30: Dinner

Friday:

  • 7.00 am: Yoga with Lisa Stampfer - gentle start into the day
  • subsequently: breakfast
  • 10.30 am: Running style analysis - video recording part I, followed by running technique
  • 12.00 pm: Running style analysis - video recording part II
  • lunch break
  • 14.30 hrs: common run - terrain mix (approx. 6 km)
  • 17.30: Lecture - Efficient and healthy running / running style analysis and evaluation
  • from 18.30: Dinner

Saturday:

  • 7.30 am: Yoga A gentle start to the day
  • Afterwards: breakfast
  • 10.30 am: Lecture / evaluation of lactate tests and training recommendations
  • lunch break
  • 13.30: Strengthening and stabilization with Ben
  • 15.00 hrs: easy departure (approx. 5-6 km)
  • 17.30 lecture: nutrition tips (before and after running, ideal supply, losing weight etc.)
  • From 18.30 hrs: dinner

Sunday:

  • 7.30 am: optional light breakfast
  • 8.00 am: joint morning run with uphill and hill runs
  • 9.30 am: Breakfast
  • Circa 11.00 am: Return of test equipment and farewell
