Haus Flora am Kaiser is located in Sebi, a district of Niederndorf, directly at the foot of the Zahmen Kaiser. The direct view of the Kaiser Mountains offers beautiful views in every season. It is a single-family house that we ourselves occupy with three generations. The guest apartment is on the lower level of the house and is accessible without stairs.

Directly in front of the house there is a parking space for a car or motorbikes. Storage space for skis, toboggans or bicycles is available at the house or, on request, in the garage.

A private south-facing seating area with rustic bench and large table in front of the house is reserved for guests only.

For a quiet end to the day, we are also happy to share our large terrace with a magnificent view of the Zahmen Kaiser. Here you can not only enjoy a balmy summer evening, but also a clear frosty winter hour by the crackling campfire with hot drinks is an unforgettable highlight for nature lovers.

The holiday flat was completely renovated in 2020. It is a 41sqm flat consisting of a living-bedroom, a spacious dining kitchen, a bathroom and a vestibule with wardrobe.

The furnishing is bright and modern. Infrared heaters in the bathroom and kitchen and a pellet stove with a window in the living room ensure a pleasant room temperature. In the living-bedroom there is a large south-facing window with a view of the Kaiser Mountains. The sofa corner with TV in front of it is ideal for cosy hours.

The dining room is equipped with a spacious fitted kitchen. It includes a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob with oven, washing machine, sink, coffee machine, toaster. Kitchen utensils, pots and pans ensure trouble-free cooking of even larger dishes. 2-3 people can sit comfortably at the dining table.

A glazed shower and a mirrored cabinet ensure that the bathroom is flooded with light, while the window provides the necessary ventilation.

Pilgrimage destination with a melodious artwork - the pilgrimage chapel Maria Heimsuchung More
On Hechenberg, a wooden hilltop near the village centre that is visible from far away, sits the Maria Heimsuchung chapel. It was built in 1778. Worth visiting are the Baroque wrought iron grate, the artistically made Löffler bell (1557), the alter by Josef Stumpf (1848), and the wax figures and votive pictures. The chapel can be reached in 30 minutes by foot from the centre of Niederndorf. Hand-painted panels on the forest path tell the story of Christ's way of the cross.
Treasures of old handicraft - in the Niederndorf museum of local history More
Awaiting you in Niederndorf is a special gem, Lotte Kaltschmid's museum of local history "Zur Alten Schmiede". In the centre of town, the Kaltschmid family has put together a collection of old and partially forgotten handicrafts. A journey into history... starts when you walk through the gate of the museum. In the lovingly curated "alte Schmiede" museum, which is decorated with wall paintings and embellishments, you are invited to explore all the rooms. It provides a glimpse into the handicraft of blacksmiths, wainwrights, farriers and locksmiths. The enthusiastic museum curator, Lotte Kaltschmid, tells stories of the time when this house was a hive of activity. Metal was hammered and shaped in the glowing heat, and made into shoemaker's spikes, bells, swords or scythes, depending on what was needed. As well as numerous interesting exhibits, one of the highlights is the 207 kg and over 100 year old "singing Amboss", which travels around the world with the Tyrolean festival ensemble from Erl.
