The Platzhirsch regularly transforms into a stage for our young gastronomy talents, who are given the opportunity to showcase their skills and passion for culinary delights. The “Talentschmiede” concept not only stands for exceptional culinary experiences, but also for innovation and a breath of fresh air in the gastronomy scene in and around Kufstein.
When: every Friday and Saturday evening throughout the summer
