The Kala Alm in Thiersee is located in a dreamlike position at an altitude of 1,430 m where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. In the tastefully decorated Tyrolean style dining rooms, we are happy to serve you a hearty snack with bacon, cheese, etc. To accompany it, enjoy a glass of fresh mountain farmer's milk. Or you can choose original Tyrolean delicacies as well as international dishes from our extensive menu. To quench your thirst, there is of course freshly tapped beer, a fine glass of wine, or a shot from the "Mairhofer house distillery".

And if you want the coziness to last, simply stay overnight at the Kala Alm. Even in winter, the Kala Alm is a worthwhile destination. A small ski area with a lift and a fast natural toboggan run down to the Gasthof Schneeberg, ensuring winter fun without any wishes left unfulfilled - toboggan rental on-site!

We offer our guests a small but fine breakfast menu. Treat yourself to everything your heart desires.
