Kranzhorn hut - Erl

The Kranzhorn at 1,230 m: Alpine enjoyment and Tyrolean cosiness located directly on the Bavarian/Tyrolean border, the Kranzhorn is one of the most famous mountain viewpoints in the Tyrolean lowlands. Because the border between Tyrol and Bavaria runs directly over the peak, both a Tyrolean peak cross and a Bavarian peak cross have been erected. There are multiple options for getting up here, making it suitable for everyone from seniors and families to experienced mountain hikers.

The rustic mountain hut is an Alpine inn, which offers fine hospitality. As well as traditional hut meals, the kitchen also serves regional specialities and sweet delicacies. The rustic alm lounge (50 seats) and two cosy dormitories invite you to enjoy fun hut evenings with friends (with advance reservation). Kranzhorn Alm guarantees refreshment.

Breakfast on the mountain is particularly recommended. As part of this, two types of breakfast are offered, with homemade jams and homemade spreads, amongst other things.
