Lu Jong – the Tibetan 5 element practices

In each of these 3 units you will learn, among other things, the movements of the 5 elements. They are the basic exercises of Lu Jong and an essential part of the 8,000 year old theory of movement. The aim is to release blockages through the sequence of posture, movement and breathing. We also dive into the 5-element relaxation positions, Kum Nye 5-element massage & mindfulness-based 5-element meditation.
