Parking: There is no parking spot directly at the start next to the Berghaus Aschenbrenner (conservation area-no access by car). Close to the finish there is a parking area next to the old Kaiserlift (about 25 car parking spots)

Course: Directly at the parking area you turn right onto the hiking path. Follow the path across the bridge over the creek and go left. From now on the route is very well-signposted. At a few spots you find shortcuts (mountaineering).
Character: medium, not too steep, descent about 12%, no extreme steep spots; many straights and a lot of bends make the sled run interesting and diverse.
- The starting point is at the end of the Mitterndorferstreet, no parking at Berghaus Aschenbrenner due to the conservation status of the Kaiser mountains.
