Yoga am See
Arrive gently in the meadow. Relaxed breathing. Flowing movements. This morning we will dedicate ourselves to gently awakening with the balancing and energising energy of yoga with trainer Melanie Stege (www.yogamitmeli.com). The exercises are suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis. If you have any health problems or previous illnesses, please ask your doctor whether yoga is recommended for you. Please bring your own yoga mats, but you can also hire some on site.
