Greet the morning with yoga by the lake
Gently arriving in the meadow. Relaxed breathing. Flowing movements. This morning we dedicate ourselves entirely to gently awakening with the balancing and power-bringing energy of yoga with trainer Tamara Lohr. The exercises are suitable for beginners as well as for experienced yogis. If you have any health problems, please ask your doctor whether yoga is recommended for you. Please bring your own mats - they can also be borrowed from the Thiersee information office.
