A whole city plays congress
The city of Kufstein and the tourism office Kufsteinerland founded the "Kufstein Congress Ambassador Club" (KCAC) in autumn 2016. Renowned personalities will be future ambassadors for Kufsteinerland. The goal of the Kufstein Congress Ambassador Club is to establish the city as a congress city. The Kufstein Congress Ambassador Club is located in the Kufstein Convention Bureau of the Tourism office Kufsteinerland, which supports the KCAC financially and organisationally. In addition, the club is financed through the LEADERregion Kufstein and the surrounding area.
Ambassadors in congress marketing
Members of the club can be residents of the district Kufstein, which are something for the region as well as external personalities. Membership is free.
The Kufstein Congress Ambassador Club already has 30 members from a wide range of industries, including SPAR CEO Hans K. Reisch and Prof. (FH) Dr. Thomas Madritsch, Managing Director of the Kufstein University of Applied Sciences. Other supporters are Prim. Univ. Doz. Dr. Carl-Hermann Miller, Head of Psychiatry at Kufstein District Hospital, Josef Koller of STIHL Tirol, Thomas Ebner, Managing Director of Stadtmarketing Kufstein, Uli Gradl-Zöttl, Chairwoman of the Alpenverein Kufstein and Sandra Bodner, Head of Marketing and Public Relations at the BODNER Group.
