The rustic Stöfflhütte was built more than 350 years ago on Walleralm, at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser. Today, just like 350 years ago, we use the stables during the summer months, and the cows graze on the lush meadows around our hut. We produce cheese and buttermilk according to traditional recipes. Guests have always been welcomed to our alm. These days there are more than ever. Holidaymakers, weekenders, mountain hikers, walkers, mountaineers and mountain bikers meet here, and take a break from everyday life. After a tour in wild nature and the fresh mountain air we treat you to a delicious snack platter with bacon, cheese and "kaminwurzn" (smoked sausage), homemade bread and cakes, and a whole lot more delicacies from regional cuisine. Whether in the lounge or on the sunny terrace, from early morning until the sun goes down, Stöfflhütte is an alm to relax and enjoy.
