Yoga Basics for Beginners
A four-part basic course that concentrates on a different focus at each date:
16.9.: standing Asanas
18.9.: Bending forward
23.9.: Bend back
25.9.: Reversal postures, meditation and merging of all learned exercises into a flowing asana-unit
In these classes the students learn how to perform the individual asanas correctly and also how to perform and hold the exercises better and more controlled through the use of aids (blocks, blankets, belts, etc.). Here the student gets the necessary basic knowledge to switch to an Open Class afterwards. Even advanced students benefit from the occasional attendance of a basic course in which emphasis is placed on the correct execution of the asanas and detailed explanations.
