Theatre in German language - "Altweibersommer" - Kufstein
Altweiberfrühling a warm-hearted comedy by Stefan Vogel after the film the "Herbstzeitlosen"
The whole life has spent almost seventy-year-old Martha in her small village. Now her husband has died, son Korbinian has long since grown up and life seems to her without meaning. The family-owned mom and pop shop is no longer worthwhile and Korbinian, now village pastor, would like to have the rooms entirely for his Bible group. Fortunately, Martha is not alone. Her very different friends Frieda, Hanni and especially the lively Lisi miss the paralyzed friend of depression on the Sunday round of cards, worry and give the former seamstress a task to distract her: For choir Fest she should sew the men's choir a new club flag , But when buying fabric together in the city Martha suddenly remembers her childhood dream. After Paris, she will not be able to do it anymore, but why not realize the dream of having her own lingerie boutique with home-made lingerie at home? Lisi is immediately on fire, she supports Martha in her preparations. Hanni, who looks after her husband and "children" at home, and Frieda, who is just getting used to the nursing home, are more skeptical about the project. However, when Korbinian reaches out hard and throws his mother's "lingerie" on the trash, they too are indignant. At the age of seventy, one is not automatically immature! The grandmothers rehearse the uprising and show the rest of the world together: it's never too late for big dreams.
