Homemade pasta with fresh alpine herbs
In this workshop in LEBENSMITTEL. we learn together with Andrea Menichelli from the Tyrolean pasta manufacturer how to make handmade filled pasta at home with little effort and little money. Each participant kneads their own dough from the freshest ingredients, we prepare a filling with fresh alpine herbs and then give birth to tortellini, ravioli and agnolotti. Finally, we enjoy our own creations with a fine glass of wine on the table. We look forward to your participation!
