Austria's best professional cyclists determine their champions in Kufstein
After 2008 in Seefeld and 2014 in Igls, the Austrian Road Championships in cycling will again take place in Tyrol. From June 19 - 20, 2021, the fortress town of Kufstein will become the country's racing cycling metropolis for two days. Because then the best cycling professionals of Austria determine their champions in road cycling. The international figureheads such as the eighth-place finisher in the Vuelta a Espana Felix Großschartner or the Giro eighth-place finisher Patrick Konrad (both Bora - hansgrohe) will not only be competing with other domestic professionals from abroad, but also with the top national teams such as the Tirol KTM Cycling Team or Union Raiffeisen Radteam Tirol.

In the women's race, Kathrin Schweinberger (Doltcini - Van Eyck) is the defending champion in the road race. Together with her twin sister Christina, the 24-year-old from Jenbach will try to defend the champion's jersey she won last year in Burgenland. The exact routes for the time trial and the road course are yet to be announced.
