Salzwelten (Salt Worlds) Salzburg - Bad Dürrnberg
Essence of life - you've never discovered salt like this before
In the oldest visitor mine in the world, you can experience the 2500-year history of salt, the "white gold" of earlier centuries. You follow in the footsteps of the Celts, but also discover the world of the miners from the Middle Ages to the present day. The mine train takes you into the salt mine in a fun and comfortable way, and two long miners' slides lead to the underground salt lake.
You can also learn more about the importance of salt - as the essence of life - above ground at the 'Kelten.Erlebnis.Berg'. The Celtic village SALINA, the new show manufactory and a themed playground are best explored with the AR researcher app.
