What's on our mind these days? What moves us so much that it belongs on stage? These are the questions that young music theatre enthusiasts from the age of 13 have asked themselves in Germany and have started a unique project with the composer Uwe Dierksen: Musicians with a wide variety of instruments from violin and electric guitar to tuba, young writers, singers and actresses took a lot of time last summer to compose, research, write poems, make music and rehearse. Thus, piece by piece, a new musical theatre work was created.
Over this period, the pupils have become acquainted with the entire development process of an opera production and ultimately stand on "the boards that mean the world" themselves.
