The cooking-hiking workshop
Spicy mountain herbs, organic meat and natural food from the area were already used at the Hans Berger House, when the term "regional kitchen" was not even modern. Now we provide insight into our "earthy kitchen". We roam the Kaisertal valley on wild paths, collect wild herbs and vegetables and process them together to traditional dishes, which can be easily boiled at home. There are also insights into ancient customs and the rich flora and fauna of the Wilder Kaiser. There is no botanical knowledge, but condition for 4 - 5-hour walks and fun in teamwork needed.
