Mindfulness in everyday life
Mindfulness is fundamental. It has a positive influence on all aspects of our lives. Mindfulness helps us not to constantly cling to our thoughts about the past, but to return to the present moment and thereby find deep happiness in the here and now. As we become more attentive, all aspects of our lives automatically improve. Whether we feel a lack of joy in life or have difficulties in our relationships, with our health or at work - mindfulness is the key to profoundly changing our lives. In the West, we are often unaware of the need for and the benefits of mindfulness. Just as our bodies grow stronger, more stretchable, and stronger as we exercise them in certain ways, we can also train our minds.
In this seminar, Tulku Lobsang teaches us everyday methods for training our minds in order to develop more and more mindfulness. With this ability, we can increasingly develop our potential and enter into more loving relationships.
