As great as the beauty of nature are the top-class cultural and other events in the holiday region Kufstein. The operetta summer at the fortress Kufstein, the well-known Tyrolean festival Erl, the annual Tyrolean Beethoven days, the traditional passion plays in Erl and Thiersee or, the new concert series of Kufstein unlimited are only some of the highlights in our event calendar. 

And you will find of course also a lot af tradition and folk culture - for example at the gorgeous "return of livestock from alpine pastures at the end of summer or the numerous street festivals and traditional markets. Do not forget to taste the whole variety of the famous regional food - like "Kiachln" or "Zillertaler Krapfen" and the tasty schnapps and cheese.
